Cocktail Recipe:
50ml. Vodka
Juice of one ripe pomegranate, seeds retained
2 teaspoons liquid from a jar of maraschino cherries
4 mint leaves
Garnish: pomegranate seeds

Squeeze the juice out of the pomegranate and retain a few of the seeds for the garnish.

Shake all the ingredients together in a shaker. Strain into the martini glass and garnish with the seeds.
