Silk Stocking

Cocktail Recipe: 40ml. Tequila 20ml. White creme de cacao 10ml. Grenadine 25ml. Whipping cream 1 soft scoop raspberry ice cream crushed ice Garnish: raspberries with mint and pinch of cinnamon Blend all the ingredients for 30 seconds or so, pour into the glass, garnish and serve.

Orange Brulee

Cocktail Recipe: 30ml. Grad Marnier 20ml Amareto 5ml. Creme de Cacao white whipping cream to top up Shake the ingredients with ice and serve into the glass, top up with whipping cream and garnish with thin strips of orange zest and orange sugar, flame the sugar and serve.
