Cocktail Recipe: 40ml. Gin 40ml. Green Apple Juice 20ml. Fresh Lemon Juice 5ml. Sugar syrup No Garnish Shake all the ingredients in shaker with ice and serve into a cocktail glass. Favorite cocktail of my mother in law, Meggy


Ginger Sour

Cocktail Recipe: 50ml. Ginger Liqueur 25ml. Fresh Lemon Juice 15ml. Sugar syrup 10-15 ml. egg white Garnish: Thin slice of apple. Shake all the ingredients with ice and serve into a rocks glass.


Melon (Midori) Sour

Cocktail Recipe: 50ml. Midori liqueur (melon liqueur) 25ml. Lime juice 15ml. Sugar 10-15ml. egg white Lemon peel for garnish. Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, garnish with lemon peel and serve.


Chambord Sour

Cocktail Recipe: 50ml. Chambord Liqueur 25ml. Lemon Juice 15ml. Sugar syrup 10-15ml. Egg White Black Raspberries For Garnish Shake all the ingredients, strain into a glass filed with ice, garnish and serve.


Blueberry-Amaretto Sour

Cocktail Recipe: 50ml. Blueberry – infused amaretto 25ml. Lemon Juice 15ml. Sugar Syrup Blueberries for garnish Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass filed with ice.


Boston Sour

Cocktail Recipe: 50ml. Bourbon 25ml. Lemon Juice 15ml. Sugar Syrup 2 dashes of Angostura bitters 10-15ml of egg white Orange peel and cherry for garnish. Shake hard all the ingredients whit ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with the orange peel and the cherry.


Strawberry and Mint Martini

Cocktail Recipe: 1. 4-5 Fresh strawberries 2. 4-5 Fresh mint leaves 3. Dash sugar syrup 4. 40ml. Raspberry Vodka 5. 20ml. Triple sec 6. 20ml. Chocolate Martini

Cocktail Recipe: 15ml. Vodka 15ml. Galiano 15ml. Creme de cacao withe 30ml. Capucino cafe creme liqueur 30ml. Whipping cream Drizzle melted chocolate for garnish. Decorate a martini glass with melted chocolate. Shake well all the ingredients without the the cream, add the cream and stir. Pour into the decorated martini glass and serve.


Champagne Paradise

Cocktail Recipe: 15ml. Brandy 15ml. Cherry Brandy Chilled Champagne garnish with Maraskino Cherry Pour 15ml. Brandy and into a champagne glass top up with Chilled Champagne and garnish with Maraskino Cherry. This cocktail is Pamela’s house speciality.
