Cocktail Recipe: 3-4 Mint leaves 10-15ml. sugar syrup 25ml. Lime juice 50ml. Gin Top up with Tonic Crushed ice lime wedge or mint for garnish. Muddle the first three ingredients, then add the crushed ice, gin and to up with the tonic. Garnish and serve.
