Gin Cocktails

Cocktail Recipe: 40ml. Gin 20ml. Lemon Juice 20ml. Sugar syrup Soda to top up Orange slice and cherry for garnish Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Add the soda and stir. Garnish and serve.

Cocktail Recipe: An orange slice A slice of lemon 15ml. sugar syrup 20ml. fresh orange juice 10ml. fresh lemon juice Muddle all ingredients in a shaker, then add: 40ml. Gin 2 dashes Grenadine and shake with ice. Serve in a martini glass. No garnish.
